The structure of the practice, with its emphasis on agile working methods, control of overheads, as well as use of third-party providers where this is appropriate and more cost-effective, means that Richard is able to offer high quality legal services at rates which are extremely competitive.

Depending on the nature of the case, fees can be charged on the following bases:

-  an agreed hourly rate

-  a fixed fee for all or part of work carried out

-  a fixed fee, with an agreed success fee.

For certain clients and matters, Richard can agree a monthly fee package for the provision of services similar to those of an in-house counsel.
